Welcome to Day 26 of 30 Days of Calm
Today’s Calming Affirmation: My Mind is Calm and Peaceful
Message for the day:
We have spent 25 days developing inner peace and calm. Although things are still happening in our lives, we are better equipped to deal with any challenges that we face. We approach each day with a positive attitude and expect that everything in life will work out for the best. This attitude allows us to feel at ease. Todays meditation is a soothing Tibetan singing bowl meditation. Enjoy!

Mindful Moment Self-Reflection:
1. What activities do I find most relaxing?
2. What can I do so that I can spend more time on these activities?
Enjoy your day and I will see you on day 27 of 30 Days of Calm.
Be well. 😊
